Terms and refunds.
Short version: you buy a PDF and a map-links page, you get them right after payment, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days.
What you are buying
A digital product: the Beijing First Trip Kit as a PDF (edition 1.0, September 2026) and a web page of map links. It is for your personal use. Please don't resell it or post the file publicly.
Who sells it
The checkout is run by Waffo Pancake. Waffo.com Limited is the merchant of record: it charges your card, issues the receipt, collects any sales tax that applies in your country, and processes refunds. Beijing with Gracie writes the Kit and delivers the files.
Delivery
After payment, click Done on the checkout page and you land on your download page. Keep that page's address. If you lose it, the access page issues a new download link when you enter the email you paid with and the order number from your receipt.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, through the order link in your receipt email. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; card refunds usually take 3 to 10 business days to appear, which is set by your bank. After 14 days the payment system no longer allows refunds.
Accuracy
Prices, opening hours and rules in the Kit are shown with the month they were checked. They change. Check the official pages linked in the Kit close to your date. The Kit is practical guidance from a local, not legal or official advice.
Updates
Corrections are published as new editions. The edition number is on the cover and the download page.
Your data
Waffo Pancake handles your payment details; this site never sees your card number. This site stores your order number and email address so it can issue download links, and nothing else. See the privacy page.
